Meet Vijaya Sirsikar
Vijaya Sirsikar's journey is one of resilience, determination, and dreams that refused to fade. Born in a small village in Latur district, she grew up surrounded by restrictions that often tried to define her path. Though her education initially led her into fields outside her true passion, she pressed forward, earning her bachelor's degree in Mumbai and later moving to Pune in search of career opportunities.
While working across different sectors and managing family responsibilities, Vijaya carried a quiet dream in her heart: to one day build something of her own. Like many ambitious minds, she faced an inner battle — the stability of a job versus the pull of entrepreneurship. Her responsibilities were heavy, and her ambitions often had to wait. Yet the dream never left her; it whispered in moments of doubt, pushed her through exhaustion, and reminded her of the life she wanted to create.
