We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including:

  • All metropolitan cities
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Most rural areas with courier connectivity

1.2 Non-Serviceable Areas

Some remote areas may not be serviceable. You will be notified during checkout if your pin code is not serviceable.

1.3 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

6. Delivery Process

6.1 Delivery Attempt

  • Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • You will receive a call/SMS before delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package

6.2 Delivery Verification

At the time of delivery:

Photo ID may be required for high-value orders
OTP verification may be required (sent to registered mobile)
Signature or digital acknowledgment required

6.3 Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails after 3 attempts:

  • Package will be returned to our warehouse
  • You will be contacted for re-delivery or refund
  • Re-delivery charges may apply

10. Package Condition
